One morning while driving to work, I noticed a thicket of bougainvillea growing over and right on top of electrical wires.
I thought about relating it to how in the Philippines, sometimes we call wildly tangled cables on electrical and telephone posts ‘spaghetti wires.’
In this case, the spaghetti wires are served on a plate garnished with a generous amount of bouginavillea flowers.
