Majority of call centers have already integrated AI into their workflow, and although they do automate a lot of their tasks thanks to having advanced language and emotion recognition features, workers have been feeling overwhelmed from juggling and satisfying the new, rapidly advancing tech

The intent was to communicate the perspective of the BPO worker feeling overwhelmed from fulfilling numerous new tasks and being monitored very intently by the AI systems.
